Alex Phillips
Alex has 25 years’ recruitment experience.
He has a long term track record of identifying high quality candidates and client engagement within the Private Markets Funds including Private Equity (Primary, Secondary (LP & GP led) & Co-investment) Private Debt Secondaries and Infrastructure.
In addition to this he has extensive experience recruiting into public markets investment management across asset classes and strategies
Alex has a Degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath.
Ben Towns
Ben has over 20 years’ experience recruiting into the Financial Services sector in London.
He has extensive experience recruiting into investment management across illiquid and liquid strategies focussing on both investment and client focussed hires within Private Markets Funds (Primary, Co-Investment, Real Asset & Infrastructure Funds) and public markets investment management.
Outside of work Ben loves spending time with his family, walking the dog, and generally keeping fit.
